Product Oiling (Greasing) Unit

The system is designed to oil the products before seasoning and has a stainless-steel structure. It is designed to lubricate the products by passing over the wire belt using discs inside the cabinet, preventing oil from spreading around. To prevent the oil from mixing with the air, the system includes an exhaust system, an oil filter, an oil temperature control unit, and an oil circulation pump. The general features of the system are:

SEASONING UNIT

The depositor system, designed for homogeneous seasoning of products, is intended for dispensing salt and other spices onto the products. The system ensures alignment of the products inside the bunker with a specially designed shaft and mixer, allowing the spices to be dispensed using the shaft mechanism. For seasoning, the products must pass on the wire belt located beneath the depositor.

The spice intensity is adjusted through the brush system and the shaft rotation speed. Excess seasoning falling from the system is collected by a secondary conveyor. If desired, a vacuum recovery system can also be added. System also has a brush system to adjust dusting for coating.

PRODUCT OILING (GREASING) DRUM
